Important Information

• This is a DIY party package meaning you will be decorating your own table and providing your own food. It also means there is no host included in the party package meaning that for junior children they must be supervised for the duration of the party.
• There is nothing additional given to these parties other than what is mentioned in the party packages. If it is not explicitly in writing it should not be assumed that you are receiving something additional to what is mentioned in our party package.
• If any special requirements are necessary please give us as much notice by contacting us on our dedicated party line 0404 487 950.
• On the weekends to ensure the party runs as smoothly as possible the person responsible for making the booking should arrive at the park well in advance of the booking by a minimum of 30 minutes to process any balances remaining at reception. Please note that NO wristbands or socks will be handed out prior to the full balance payment being received and no additional time will be granted for delays, it is the responsibility of the booking owner to arrive in advance to avoid such issues. We also advise you to inform the guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked session so that there is time to arrange Grip Socks and wristbands and maximise the time on the equipment. 
• At the conclusion of activities (1 hour) the participants will NOT be allowed back on the equipment, there are no additional time options for BYO packages.
• Jugs of water, lighters and knives are all available from the cafe on the day of the party.
• You are allowed to bring your own cake and your own food, if you require any refrigeration or freezer space please inform our staff well ahead of time so we can make the appropriate arrangements for you. We cannot however cater for warm foods or provide microwaves or ovens as these are dedicated to our catered parties and general food for the cafe.
• At the conclusion of the 100 minute period for the BYO tables, guests must leave the area to allow our staff to begin cleaning and preparation for the next party.

• By booking a party with us it is important to understand that recreational activities within our facility carry with them a significant amount of risk. It is important to note that all participation is voluntary.
• By booking a party with us you are agreeing and bound by our full TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
• As you are hosting a party at our venue you are considered to be all of the guests authorised agent and responsible to advise them (and their parents for minors) of the hazards associated with activities in our venue. They will also be bound by our TERMS AND CONDITIONS by participating in activities in our venue.
